The Law Offices of Nathaniel e. Green opened in 1993 in Pompano Beach,
The Firm was founded by Nathaniel E. Green, Attorney at Law.
Mr. Green is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in
Business Administration. His major studies were in Finance and Banking with minor
studies in Real Estate and Urban Land Development. After college he was hired by the
Florida Department of Transportation as an appraiser trainee. He progressed to
appraiser, review appraiser and ultimately testified as expert witness in various courts in
South Florida as a valuation expert. He was awarded various professional real estate
appraisal designations based on a vast appraisal experience, course work and
Mr. Green attended North Carolina Central University School of Law where he
was awarded his Juris Doctor degree. He took additional courses at Duke University
School of Law in Land Use law. He was recognized as a Who’s Who Among American
Law Students and the Dean’s List. He was admitted by the Florida Supreme Court to
The Florida Bar in 1987.
He entered private practice with two local law firms, William N. Hutchison, Jr.
and then Johnny L. McCray, Jr. He was hired by the Broward County Board of County
commissioners as an Assistant County Attorney to manage its Eminent Domain Trial
section from 1989 to 1993.

The firm specializes in the areas of personal injury /accidents, workers
compensation claims, social security disability claims and probate. The firm is a general
practice which also makes referrals to accommodate the needs of all the clients at no
additional cost to the clients. He has tried civil, criminal and administrative cases before
judges and juries to verdict with appellate work when needed.

Mr. Green has held leadership and membership in varies professional
organizations including: President of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association
Justice Association f/k/a the Broward County Justice Association; Eagle Patron of the
Florida Justice Association, member of the T. J. Reddick Bar Association, National Bar
Association, American Justice Association, The Florida Bar’s Workers Compensation
and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section; Broward County Bar Association,
and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
